Who we are

77 Swiper Deli operates the website at 77swiperdeli.com for the deli at 2742 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10461. The store is open 24 hours; the deli counter closes at 10 PM.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, optional phone number, password hash for password accounts, and account sign-in identifiers.
• Google sign-in: when you choose Google, Google sends us your stable account identifier, name, email address, and whether that email is verified. We request only OpenID, email, and basic profile scopes. We do not receive your Google password.
• Orders: items, selected options, quantity, price, pickup timing, notes, name, callback phone, order number, and payment status. Guest orders are stored with the order and are not attached to a customer profile.
• Messages and reviews: information you submit through the contact form or review form, including the name and contact details you provide.
• Session and technical data: a session cookie needed to keep you signed in, and basic request data needed to operate the site, protect accounts, and limit abuse.

How Google information is used

We use Google sign-in data only to verify your identity, create or link your 77 Swiper customer account, keep you signed in, and show your account orders. We store the Google account identifier and the name and email used for the account. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens, sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use and transfer of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use other information

We use order and contact information to prepare and hand off orders, answer questions, manage customer accounts, track order status, review feedback, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We do not use customer account information for targeted advertising.

Who may receive information

77 Swiper owner and authorized staff can access order details and customer messages to run the deli. The website stores account, order, review, and contact records in its Neon-hosted database. Stripe processes card checkout; 77 Swiper receives payment and order references, not your full card number or security code. If you choose DoorDash, you leave this website and submit your order and payment directly to DoorDash under its policies. Google processes Google sign-in.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, the deli, or the security of the service. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and security

We use a first-party, HttpOnly session cookie to keep customer and owner sessions working. A short-lived cookie protects the Google sign-in handoff and is removed when sign-in finishes. We do not use these cookies for advertising. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and order information; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep account, order, message, and review records for the time needed to operate the service, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Some order records may need to be kept for operational or legal reasons. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting the deli. We will review the request and explain any information we must retain. The website does not currently provide self-service account deletion.

Children

This website is intended for general deli customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. The current version will be posted on this page.
